There is a zero-tolerance policy for this ski program. If your child is disrespectful, holds up the buses by being late, or is disruptive, they will be cut from the program. This is a community program run by parents that volunteer their time. Please support our volunteers in their decisions. Please make note of the following times:

Students: You will be expected to be at the bus 15 minutes prior to departure from Kelly Canyon. We depart from Kelly Canyon at 8:15. Students must be on the bus by 8pm.

Parents: Pickup times--It’s cold & late when we return so please be there for pick-up ON TIME!!

 

PICK UP TIME AT THE END OF THE NIGHT IS 8:40 AT THE SCHOOLS.

*If your child holds up the buses (being late or unaccounted for), YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING THE ADDITIONAL DRIVER WAGES FOR ALL BUSES, minimum of $15.00 per bus. All buses drive together, so if we wait for even one student that costs the ski program additional money.

*Students in 5th- grades and middle school will not be allowed to drink any type of energy drinks while on the hill or bus. This will be cause for dismissal of the program. If we see abuse of this with the older students, we will extend this rule to them as well

FAQ

​

1. My child is sick, has a party, sporting event, family obligation, etc and cannot attend one week, can I get a refund?  

No, there are no refunds for any reason, Kelly Canyon may give a voucher if they are contacted before.  Our school reps have nothing to do with refunds so please do not ask us.  Contact Kelly Canyon.

2. What if school is canceled or Kelly Canyon is closed?

We will do our best to have a make up day, this is not a guarantee.  Also a make up day may not include a bus,or it may cost extra if we choose to do an all day ski ticket.

3, Can I take my child home from the ski hill?

Everyone who rides the bus up to the hill must ride home, unless we have a written note from a parent before 7:00pm on the ski day.

4. Do we have to sign up for the entire 4 week program for my student?

YES!!  There are NO exceptions.  Please do not ask your school representive to make an exception for your student.  If your child misses a day you will NOT be refunded money.  Make sure you can commit to the 4 weeks before signing up.

 

5.  My child lost their pass can I get another one?

Yes but Kelly Canyon will charge $5 a pass and they will need to let the parent bus volunteer know that day to help them get a new one.
